WEConnect International in Europe and MENA is the leading supplier diversity initiative spearheading the connection of women entrepreneurs to multinational corporations and European government bodies. Our mission is to ensure that majority women-owned businesses (51%+) are given fair and equal access to corporate and public sector procurement bids locally, nationally and internationally.
We currently offer certification in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, and United Kingdom.

Esta iniciativa busca apoyar a las mujeres emprendedoras en su acceso a mercados internacionales y en el fortalecimiento de sus negocios. Actualmente, el 36 por ciento de los nuevos negocios en España son liderados por mujeres, pero muchas enfrentan barreras para acceder a financiamiento, redes de contacto y oportunidades de contratación. Las participantes en este programa recibirán certificación oficial como empresa propiedad de mujeres, acceso a compradores corporativos y oportunidades de networking, formación y mentoría especializada, así como oportunidades de expansión de mercado. El programa está dirigido a empresas propiedad de mujeres con sede en Madrid que sean al menos en un 51 por ciento propiedad, gestionadas y controladas por mujeres. WEConnect International, in collaboration with the Ventanilla Única de Internacionalización (VUI) and the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, has launched the Women-Owned Business Certification Program in Madrid. This initiative aims to support women entrepreneurs in accessing international markets and strengthening their businesses. Currently, 36% of new businesses in Spain are led by women, yet many face barriers in securing funding, networking, and procurement opportunities. Participants in this program will receive official certification as a women-owned business, access to corporate buyers and networking opportunities, specialized training and mentorship, and market expansion opportunities. The program is open to women-owned businesses based in Madrid that are at least 51 percent owned, managed, and controlled by women. In 2025, Disneyland Paris is supporting WEConnect International to bring together women-owned businesses to participate in a customised program, including workshops tailored to their expressed interests and needs, in addition to mentoring opportunities with the Disneyland Paris team for meaningful exchanges to help support their business growth. In parallel, Disneyland Paris is aiming to register and certify 100 French women-owned businesses in its own supply chain over the next three years for even greater impact and visibility, through WEConnect International.
