WASHINGTON, DC, April 27, 2020 — WEConnect International is reaching out to let you know about some exciting progress on our online WECommunity platform launching this autumn in partnership with USAID and SAP Ariba, along with support from Accenture, ExxonMobil, IBM and P&G!
The old eNetwork platform is being replaced with a more efficient and user-friendly interface that will connect you to the new WECommunity platform.
With WECommunity, you’ll be able to see the status of your application through automatic emails. In addition, member buyers and certified women-owned businesses will be able to post simple solicitations. This service will help even more women-owned businesses grow and connect with each other and with member buyers.
You’ll be able to keep in touch on the go with WECommunity’s mobile-friendly capabilities to view and search the online database of women suppliers based in more than 120 countries on your mobile phone, tablet or desktop computer.
WECommunity will be available in 10 languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Chinese, Japanese, Turkish, Italian and Polish.
As part of this upgrade, we are also modernizing our website to make it more accessible and user-friendly. We’ll be showcasing the success stories of our women-owned businesses front and center as well as the impact of our member buyers.
We’ll be posting regular updates on social media and in our monthly newsletter to let you know about new and exciting opportunities to connect around the globe.
