Tekoya Boykins

Dr. Tekoya Boykins is the Lead Instructional Designer for WEConnect International. In this role, Dr. Boykins supports the strategic design and implementation of WEConnect International’s training services and global programs aiding in the organization’s mission. With more than 20 years of experience in education and training, Dr. Boykins has led and established training programs for various industries including government, oil and gas, executive leadership, and Fortune 500 companies such as Uber and Amazon.

Dr. Boykins earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK, and her Doctorate from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK. A true advocate for education, Dr. Boykins aims to increase education and awareness in all that she does. With a heart for continuous growth and improvement, she is active in her community promoting educational access to underserved and underrepresented populations who desire change through quality and innovative education.

Dr. Boykins loves making connections and creating memories. When she is not working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling the world experiencing various cultures like the locals.
