WEConnect International’s and Bayer Corporation‘s training and mentoring program

We seek to improve the visibility and unleash the potential of companies created and led by women to increase their commercial prospects as suppliers to large buyers, particularly local and global corporations.

Through Great IDEA, participants have access to high-level training and the opportunity to participate in a mentoring program led by Bayer’s senior executives to acquire knowledge and skills in five key areas for the development of their businesses:

STRATEGY – Definition of key performance indicators.

SALES – Automation of sales and marketing processes.

FINANCE – Cash flow management to pursue market opportunities.

OPERATIONS– Process evaluation and integration for growth.

HUMAN RESOURCES – Design of an effective organizational structure.

The pilot of this program will start in Mexico and seeks to benefit women owned businesses in sectors such as: Professional services, raw materials for pharmaceutical formulas, medical supplies, packaging, seeds, logistics and transportation, marketing and sales, human resources, information and technology, mobility and solutions for work areas.
