Farida Gibbs, CEO of Gibbs S3, originally set up the Gibbs Partnership in 2005, and the Company today is very much a family business: in 2005, Farida’s sister Ameera left her successful job in recruitment to support her sister. In 2007, the two sisters’ brother, Mo, then joined the company as did Paul, Farida’s husband, in 2009. This family ethos is also extended into the rest of the Company with Gibbs S3 operating as a friendly and co-operative team with an average age well above the industry average.
