WHY INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY MAKE MORE BUSINESS SENSE THAN YOU REALIZE

This week, Chairman and Managing Director for Accenture in India Rekha M. Menon published a LinkedIn blog post on the vital importance of diversity and inclusion for improving a company’s bottom line. Writes Ms. Menon:
