WECONNECT INTERNATIONAL MEMBERS PARTICIPATE IN BLOOMBERG GENDER-EQUALITY INDEX

Nearly ten WEConnection International corporate members are participating in the 2017 Bloomberg Financial Services Gender-Equality Index (BFGEI). According to Bloomberg, “All [BFGEI companies] demonstrated dedication to disclosure and best-in-class social policies and practices, providing Bloomberg with data across areas such as gender-equal compensation, supplier diversity programs, and retention rates of women clients.”

This year’s BFGEI revealed global progress. For example, the percentage of female executives increased by 25.2% as compared to the 2016 BFGEI.
