Registered under the Societies Act, eMERG is a not-for-profit organization founded in 2006 as the brain child of seven enterprising women to provide a platform for networking with women in technology, business and services. eMERG’s members are enterprising women entrepreneurs, managers and professionals who offer products, services and their expertise in the technology and services sectors.
eMERG supports women entrepreneurs, managers and professionals and their businesses by working together professionally, being innovative, exploring synergies, and growing globally and sharing their experience for the benefit of society. Some of their key activities are mentoring for women entrepreneurs, running a computer literacy centre, training and job readiness for youth, and supplier diversity programs
