WEBINAR: DOING BUSINESS WITH CITI

ONLINE, June 23, 2020 — Citi hosted a webinar to inform woman-owned suppliers about how to get their businesses included on the Citi supplier list.  Doing Business with Citi outlined the requirements and expectations for all suppliers, provided pertinent information about how to work and interact with Citi, and guided attendees through key programs and processes at Citi.

Director of Diversity Enterprise Business, SHI International Corp., Romance Watson, covered business fundamentals designed to prepare attendees for application to large corporations. Topics included sessions on building a strong organizational foundation, understanding and customizing solutions for target customers, establishing ethical practices and creating world-class customer service.
