Virtual Business Introductions for Women-Owned Businesses in the DACH Region

ONLINE, July 2020 — IBM and Intel, WEConnect International corporate members, invited women-owned businesses (WOB) in the DACH region to participate in a series of virtual business introductions that took place in July 2020. Participants included a mix of representatives from 19 corporations, including IBM, Intel, their tier 1 suppliers, other WEConnect International corporate members and WOB, as well as the WEConnect International team in Europe. During each session, 41 WOB had the chance to present a two-minute introduction of their business based on “Gelungene Selbstdarstellung in zwei Minuten” training session that IBM provided in June. There were three different sessions focused on ‘Marketing, Communications and Travel,’ ‘Professional Services and Consultancy’ and ‘Technology and Related Services.’
