Süprem Catering is an event-based catering company in Istanbul that creates menus showcasing Turkey’s unique tastes and local foods as well as global daily trends. The business has been women-owned and family run for more than 20 years.
“Our company was established in 1999 by my grandmother, Jinet Namer, and in 2001 my mother Vivet Rozales joined and contributed to Süprem Catering’s accelerated growth,” says manager Selen Rozales. “I joined the company in 2010 as a trainee in culinary operations, and now I focus on extending the company’s activities in B2B operations as well.”
In 2016, Ms. Rozales decided to pursue WEConnect International certification, and she reaped the benefits almost immediately. In addition to direct access to corporate buyers, the certification and network offered a significant development opportunity. And that’s just the beginning. Today, Süprem Catering has closed deals with corporate members Accenture and Dell.
