Honoraria & Expenses
WEConnect International provides a global platform to showcase your expertise, but we typically do not offer honoraria or cover travel, lodging, or meal expenses. Speakers are responsible for their own costs.
Speaker Commitment
Our events are high-impact, action-driven, and designed to create tangible business opportunities. As a speaker, we ask that you:
• Deliver original content – You must own or have permission to use all intellectual property presented.
• Be fully engaged – Attendance at required planning calls and throughout the event is mandatory.
• Meet deadlines – All content, slides, and format adjustments require prior approval and must align with the WEConnect International event timeline.
Application Process
We welcome proposals on a rolling basis from experienced professionals eager to contribute. During the application process, you will be asked to provide:
• Session Objectives & Outcomes: A clear outline of what attendees will gain from your session and how it aligns with the WEConnect International mission.
• Proof of Performance: A video of a past speaking engagement or a summary of attendee evaluations. Letters of recommendation, marketing brochures, and audio recordings are not accepted.
All proposals undergo a thorough review, and final selections are made by our program organizers. If multiple presenters are involved, the main contact is responsible for coordination and communication.
Notifications regarding selection status will be sent via email. If you are submitting on behalf of someone else please ensure they receive the decision notice.
