Valeria is the European Growth and Engagement Manager for WEConnect International, a global network that connects women-owned businesses to qualified buyers around the world. In her role, she is responsible for developing growth strategies and partnerships in Europe that support gender inclusive sourcing and business development in the region.
As an entrepreneur with multicultural background, Valeria has lived and developed businesses in Argentina, Mexico, and Spain. For the last 8 years now, she has also been the Chapter Chair for the Women Presidents Organization in Spain and Latin America.
Devoted to and passionate about women entrepreneurship and leadership for the last 20 years, Valeria was granted the Exceptional Women of Excellence Award by the Women Economic Forum (2021), the VV Lead Fellowship by Vital Voices Global Partnership (2015), and the 10,000 Women Entrepreneurship Partnership by Thunderbird School of Global Management, Goldman Sachs, and the US State Department (2012).
Mentor for the IE Women Initiative, Madrid (2021) and the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, UK (2015). Valeria holds a degree in Communications and Translation from University of Buenos Aires.
