Jéssica Manhiça

Jéssica will be taking on the new role of Africa Market Expansion Coordinator.  She will report to the Region Director implementing network expansion, training, and social media across the region. She will be based in Johannesberg, South Africa. 

Jéssica has extensive experience as a Social Entrepreneur, Business Consultant, and is a Female Economic Empowerment Advocate. 

As Managing Partner of a community-based Business Accelerator, Ideario Hub, she led strategic operations and fostered stakeholder relationships that led to successful events that emphasized entrepreneurial opportunities and BBBEE compliance. 

As a Business Development and Project Manager with Bongo Hive, she drove business development using her deep understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem while leveraging her Gender expertise to designing and delivering innovative business development programs for women entrepreneurs.  Jéssica was also a Nelson Mandela Washington Fellow in 2019. She has degrees from Universidade Técnica de Moçambique and the University of Notre Dame – Mendoza College of Business.
