Jaxx Nelson is the Market Lead for the UK and Ireland at WEConnect International, where she oversees operations and focuses on fostering inclusive and sustainable business practices. With over 15 years of experience in business development and sales, Jaxx has cultivated expertise in generating new business and establishing enduring partnerships across diverse sectors, including publishing, translation, and interpreting, learning and development, and sustainability.

With a proven track record of working with prominent clients and supporting them in achieving their objectives, Jaxx has been selected as a UN Women’s Delegate in 2024. Her extensive experience within the woman-owned business community positions her as a dedicated advocate for their growth and success, aligning perfectly with WEConnect International’s mission.

Known for her ability to navigate complex processes and consistently exceed targets, particularly with FTSE 500 companies, Jaxx thrives in fast-paced environments and relishes the challenge of driving growth. She excels at collaborating with internal learning and development, human resources, and communications teams to address challenges and develop comprehensive programs that align with company values and are implemented globally.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Jaxx is passionate about music, mentoring, travel, and cooking. She operates an Airbnb in Jamaica, loves hosting dinner parties, and enjoys visiting art galleries and museums, especially with her godchildren.
