Christopher Strom

Christopher Strom is Manager of Government Programs, where he manages the USAID program and other US federal government projects. He has more than 15 years of experience managing international development projects in 21 countries as a Senior Program Manager at USAID and Operations and Strategy Specialist for international development consulting firms. While serving at USAID, Chris designed more than $130 million in new procurement/programming activities that assisted underserved and marginalized populations in Latin America and worked closely with interagency and intergovernmental stakeholders including the Department of State, Organization of American States and Inter-American Development Bank. Chris holds a Master of Arts in law and diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, where he studied development economics and democracy issues, and received a Bachelor of Arts in economics and management from Gustavus Adolphus College.
