Am 24. September 2019 veranstalteten WEConnect International und Accenture, ein WEConnect International Corporate Member, eine Business Networking-Veranstaltung für Frauenunternehmen in Deutschland, die in den Niederlassungen von Accenture in Frankfurt stattfand. Das Thema der Veranstaltung EQUALITY = INNOVATION. Wie integrativere Lieferketten Innovationen vorantreiben und das vielfältige Geschäftswachstum beschleunigen.

Auf der Veranstaltung präsentierten mehr als 20 Unternehmen im Firmen- und B2B-Bereich ihre Produkte und Dienstleistungen einer großen Anzahl von Unternehmen auf dem deutschen Markt und banden sie in potenzielle Geschäftsfelder ein.

Während der Veranstaltung tauschten sich mehrere Referenten über Best Practices aus und es bot sich den Unternehmen in Frauenbesitz eine großartige Gelegenheit, sich mit Beschaffungsfachleuten mehrerer WEConnect International-Unternehmensmitglieder sowie mit VdU, dem Zertifizierungspartner von WEConnect International in Deutschland, zu vernetzen.

Die Roundtable-Gespräche mit Unternehmen in Frauenbesitz, Unternehmen, WEConnect International und dem VdU über Beschaffung und Lieferantenvielfalt sowie das Wachstum von Unternehmen in Frauenbesitz in Deutschland erwiesen sich für alle Teilnehmer als von großem Wert.

On 24^th September 2019, WEConnect International and Accenture, a WEConnect International Corporate Member, held a business networking event for women-owned businesses in Germany, hosted at Accenture’s offices in Frankfurt. The theme of the event EQUALITY = INNOVATION. How more inclusive supply chains drive innovation and accelerate diverse business growth.

The event saw over 20 women-owned businesses operating in the corporate and B2B sectors present their products and services to a large number of corporates in the German market and connect their businesses with potential opportunities.

During the event, several speakers shared best practices and there was a great opportunity for the women-owned businesses to network with procurement professionals from several WEConnect International corporate members as well as with VdU, WEConnect International’s certification partner in Germany.

Roundtable discussions with women-owned businesses, corporations, WEConnect International and VdU related to procurement and supplier diversity and the growth of women-owned businesses in Germany proved to be of great value for all the attendees.
