The Director, Global Markets & Supplier Programs is a senior leadership role responsible for leading global market engagement, fundraising, regional execution, and programs for women-owned businesses. The role oversees Regional Directors and ensures that women-owned businesses receive high-quality services that strengthen their readiness, competitiveness, and access to market opportunities. The role also ensures that member buyers receive consistent, high-quality regional support and access to qualified women-owned suppliers.
This role will work closely with the certification function to support growth in registrations and certifications through market engagement, supplier outreach, readiness-building, and regional execution.
This role ensures that WEConnect International not only connects women-owned businesses to opportunity, but also equips them with the programs, regional support, and market access needed to compete and grow. The role is central to translating global strategy into consistent market execution while strengthening value for both women-owned businesses and corporate buyers.
The Director, Global Membership & Engagement, plays a central role in advancing this mission by leading the growth and engagement of WEConnect International’s global membership community. Membership represents the organization’s largest source of revenue, making this role critical to sustaining and expanding WEConnect International’s global impact.
This position is responsible for recruiting new members, maintaining strong relationships with existing members, and ensuring the organization delivers meaningful value to procurement, supply chain, ESG, and supply chain leaders seeking to expand opportunities for women-owned businesses.
The ideal candidate will bring strong business development and relationship management skills, along with an understanding of how large organizations operate—particularly in procurement, supply chains, inclusive sourcing, and ESG initiatives. This individual will be comfortable engaging senior leaders from global corporations and institutions and representing WEConnect International in international forums and industry events.
The Associate Director, Membership Growth and Development, is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with an assigned portfolio of corporate members and institutional partners. This role serves as the day-to-day account manager for a defined list of accounts, ensuring members receive clear value from their membership, stay engaged in WEConnect International programs and events, and continue to invest in the organization’s mission.
This is a relationship-driven, revenue-supporting role focused on account planning, member retention, renewal readiness, engagement tracking, and consistent follow-up with corporate procurement, supply chain, ESG, and inclusive sourcing leaders. The Associate Director will also identify opportunities to deepen account engagement, surface sponsorship or partnership opportunities, and support new member cultivation when appropriate.
The ideal candidate will bring strong account management, client service, and relationship-building skills, along with an understanding of how large organizations operate, particularly in procurement, supply chains, inclusive sourcing, and ESG initiatives. This individual should be comfortable managing multiple accounts, engaging corporate stakeholders, using CRM systems to track activity, and translating member priorities into meaningful WEConnect engagement.
The Business Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of WEConnect International’s business infrastructure and administrative functions. This role provides operational support and coordination across human resources, finance administration, technology, procurement, vendor management, board administration, events, travel, and organizational systems.
The role serves as the central point of coordination for the organization’s outsourced service providers and internal operational processes, ensuring that employees, leadership, and stakeholders have the systems, resources, and support needed to advance WEConnect International’s mission.
WEConnect International is expanding in Central Asia and we are looking to hire a contractor with experience in evaluating ownership, management and control of private companies incorporated in Central Asia.
Job Responsibilities: Provide key support on the certification process by completing certification assessments (virtual communication with business owners and document review), following WEConnect International’s assessment guidelines and type of assessment specified.
The Strategic Engagement & Partnerships Lead – India is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with corporate, institutional, and government stakeholders to advance WEConnect International’s mission in India. This role drives strategic partnerships, promotes inclusive sourcing and responsible procurement practices, and leads the execution of partnership- and donor-funded initiatives. Working collaboratively across teams and with external partners, the Strategic Engagement & Partnerships Lead identifies new funding opportunities, represents the organization within the broader business ecosystem, and provides market insights, reporting, and communications that support sustainable growth and long-term impact.
The Women-Owned Business Development Lead – India is responsible for expanding and strengthening WEConnect International’s network of women-owned businesses across the country. This role focuses on identifying and engaging new businesses, guiding them through the certification journey, and helping them build the capacity needed to access new market opportunities. Working closely with ecosystem partners, the Business Development Lead will foster strategic relationships, deliver business development programs, promote participation in WEConnect International initiatives, and maintain accurate data and reporting to measure impact and drive continuous growth.
