On July 17, 2014, Access Bank hosted WEConnect International in Nigeria at their Head Quarters on Victoria Island, Lagos, where we had the opportunity to introduce 85 women business owners to WEConnect International’s global certification program. Presentations were made by WEConnect alongside our corporate members — Access Bank, Accenture, IBM, and ExxonMobil. Attendees were blown away by the myriad of opportunities available to certified women business owners, including our intimate “Meet the Buyer” events where they can present their companies directly to the most influential purchasing managers in Africa.
