WECommunity How-To’s

Find out what’s available to you on the new WECommunity platform and how to use it. The online portal is mobile-friendly and has 10 language options for member buyers and female entrepreneurs to connect.

1. On the WEConnect International website, under the Women-Owned Businesses menu, click register your business.
2. Click the Register Now button.
3. Fill in the Supplier Registration Form and click submit.
4. You will receive two emails from the email address “Ariba Administrator.” Please check your junk mail if you do not receive an email.
5. In the second email, start your application by simply clicking the click here link. Please save your work often.
6. If your application is approved, you will receive a welcome email with subject: Approved: Supplier registration with WEConnect International.

1. If you are registered in WECommunity, please login to WECommunity with your username and password, and simply say ‘yes’ to question 7.
2. If you are not yet registered, on the WEConnect International website, under the Women Owned Business menu, review the information on the benefits of getting certified and check to confirm your business meets the four criteria for certification.
3. If your business meets the criteria, click the get certified button to start the two-step process.
4. Fill in the Supplier Registration Request Form and click submit.
5. You will receive two emails from the email address “Ariba Administrator.” Please check your junk mail if you do not receive an email.
6. In the second email, start your application by simply clicking the click here link. Please fill in all questions that have mandatory fields identified by ‘*’ . Save your work often.
7. For Question 7, “Would you like to become certified with WEConnect?,”  mark ‘Yes’ if you are ready to complete the certification process, or “No” if you prefer to complete at a later time.
8. If you choose to certify,  upload all required documents based on your business type.
9. Your certification cost will be provided under certification cost, this is based on your annual revenue and country.
10. The payment process can be done by clicking on ‘references’ and clicking pay now, once you have completed the online payment, a receipt will be provided. Please make sure you provide your email address, so that the receipt can be emailed to you.
11. Take note of the Author# on the receipt.
12. Please insert the payment AUTHOR# to your answer for question 8.148. The AUTHOR# is provided on your receipt once you have processed payment.
13. A certification application is considered complete when all documents and payment confirmation AUTHOR# is included with the application form.
14. When the application is complete, please click submit.
15. Your application will be reviewed by WEConnect International Certification Team.
16. If your application is approved and all documents, including payment confirmation AUTHOR# submitted, the application will be assigned to an assessor who will schedule an appointment to review your application and verify your documents.
17. A final decision will be sent to you within 90 days of submission of the complete application.

1. Login to your WECommunity account using your username and password.
2. Select My Profile and click Edit Profile.
3. Login again.
4. Click the Revise Response button and simply start updating your account information.
5. When you are happy with the changes you have made, simply click Submit Response.
6. Note that changes will not appear automatically, but must be approved by WEConnect International and will be reflected on your account within 30 days.

1. In the Register your Business page, click on the Finish Application button.
2. Enter your UserID.
3. Click the Forgot Password link on the login screen.
4. Enter your username/email address and you will be sent an email with a password reset from Ariba Commerce Cloud. Please check your junk mail.

1. Please request a certificate to registration@weconnectinternational.org.
2. Certificates will be sent to the contact email on your WECommunity profile.
3. Please store the certificate in a safe place. You are responsible for providing the certificate if buyers request it.

The expiration date is listed on your certificate. Please make note of it.

1. Login to your WECommunity account using your username and password.
2. Under the Search WECommunity tab, narrow your search by entering the company name or filter by WECommunity User Profile type. Click the search button.
3. Each company name is hyperlinked. Click the appropriate company to view the company’s business profile.
