TORONTO, May 8, 2023 – WEConnect International announced a collaboration with TD Bank Group (TD) to bring a two-part series, titled “AI-Powered Entrepreneurship: Maintaining Business Success in a Rapidly Evolving Technical Age”, to Canadian women-owned businesses in the manufacturing and IT sectors.

The series, which shares timely information about advances in artificial intelligence and how they are impacting businesses now and in the future, is led by Jeff Chan, Senior Manager, Enterprise Innovation at TD. The first session includes a broad overview of AI as well as its applications in business, workplaces and the anticipated disruptions these technologies will bring in the near future. The second session highlights AI implications and practical steps business owners can take to adapt.

“We’re thrilled to collaborate with TD once again, and this time to bring such timely information to our vast network of Canadian women business owners,” said Stephanie Fontaine, Regional Director for WEConnect International in Canada and the US. “Every day we hear about AI, and it is difficult to differentiate fact from fiction. Having access to TD’s expertise is so timely and beneficial for our business owners and I’m confident this series will be in high demand.”
