Paige Adams

Paige is the Head of Membership and Development at WEConnect International, where she plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and creating pathways for women-owned businesses to thrive in competitive markets.

In this capacity, Paige’s focus is on business development to support the growth of the membership base at global, regional, and local levels and reinforce WEConnect International as a key global membership organization for corporations and other entities involved in inclusive supply chain development.

Paige drives efforts to promote the business case for inclusive sourcing, incorporating trends and innovations across different levels, and actively participates in regional and local supplier diversity and inclusion (SD&I) events. She is dedicated to ensuring high customer service and engagement with member buyers while managing and growing strategic relationships with key SD&I certification organizations.

Paige’s commitment to the professional development of the team members fosters a collaborative and dynamic work environment, where everyone’s contributions are valued. Her strategic planning involves developing annual membership plans with measurable targets, improving services provided to members, and ensuring the organization’s sustainability.

Paige promotes and raises the awareness of WEConnect International by developing solid relationships with key supplier diversity organizations and actively promoting collaboration, and support the organization’s profile in the media and among key stakeholders.

Before joining WEConnect International, Paige amassed over fifteen years of invaluable experience in various leadership roles. She spearheaded business development at WBENC, advanced supplier diversity growth at PepsiCo, and partnered with healthcare systems to further their supplier diversity efforts while at Vizient. Her extensive cross-industry experience and collaborative approach are not just instrumental, but a testament to her ability to foster inclusive business practices that inspire positive change within the corporate landscape.

Paige holds a B.A. in International Studies from Texas A&M University and an Advanced Certificate in International Relations from the Bush School of Government and Public Service. In her off-time, she enjoys reading, traveling with her husband, and exploring new cultures through art and film.
