Kathy Golding

As EY Global Procurement Leader, Kathy strives to build a better working world by collaborating with Technology, Talent and Brand, Marketing and Communications stakeholders on strategy and delivery to maximize long-term value for EY people, clients and communities.   

Kathy oversees US$6b of third party spend annually with a Procurement team of over 300 based in over 30 countries, who drive sourcing and supplier management excellence to deliver world-class financial return and digitally-enabled strategic initiatives.     

As a member of the Supply Chain Services Executive, Kathy chairs the Supply Chain Services Wellbeing Network, whose purpose is to identify and drive initiatives to support and improve the wellbeing of Supply Chain Services people.   

Kathy has over 25 years of Procurement experience in the Retail, Financial and Manufacturing industries. She earned a BA in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Toronto and an MBA in Finance from York University, and as of 2024 sits on the WEConnect International Board of Directors, championing the economic growth of women business owners by helping facilitate their access to global markets. Kathy also holds two EY Badges in Transformative Leadership and Digital Age Teaming.  

Originally from Canada, Kathy is now based in the UK with her husband and son.
