Frida has had a distinguished career as an accomplished business leader and visionary entrepreneur with over 25 years of global experience. As the founder of PassionProfit, she positively impacted over 30,000 SMEs through direct training and strategic partnerships.

Similarly, as the founder of the Young Global Workforce Alliance, she provided innovative experiential skills-based learning solutions for youth that empowered them and gave them access to paid opportunities, fostering sustainable job creation.

Frida was also the first African President of the Organization of Women in Trade (OWIT) and has served in a variety of other high-profile leadership and Board positions.
