Register your business 

  1. On the WEConnect International website, under the Women-Owned Business menu ,click Register Your Business.
  2. Simply click the Register Now
  3. Fill in the Supplier Registration Form and click submit.
  4. You will receive two emails from the email address “Ariba Administrator.” Please check your junk mail if you do not receive an email.
  5. In the second email, start your application by simply clicking the click here link, and begin your WECommunity Journey!

  7. If your application is approved, you will receive a welcome email with subject: Approved: Supplier registration with WEConnect International

Get Certified

  1. If you are registered in WECommunity, please log in to WECommunity [link] with username and password first, and simply say ‘yes’ to question 7.  [larger font 14 PT]
  2. If you are not yet registered, on the WEConnect International website, under the Women Owned Business menu, review the information on the benefits of getting certified and check to confirm your business meets the four criteria for certification.
  3. If your business meets the criteria, click the get certifiedbutton to start the two step process.
  4. Fill in the Supplier Registration Request Form and click submit.
  5. You will receive two emails from the email address “Ariba Administrator.” Please check your junk mail if you do not receive an email.
  6. In the second email, start your application by simply clicking the click herePlease fill in all questions that have mandatory fields identified by ‘*’ . Save your work often.
  7. For Question 7, “Would you like to become certified with WEConnect?,”  mark ‘Yes’ if you are ready to complete the certification process, or “No” if you prefer to complete at a later time.
  8. If you choose to certify,  upload all required documents based on your business type.
  9. Your certification cost will be provided under certification cost, this is based on your annual revenue and country.
  10. The payment process can be done by clicking on ‘references’ and clicking pay now, once you have completed the online payment, a receipt will be provided. Please make sure you provide your email address, so that the receipt can be emailed to you.
  11. Take note of the Author# on the receipt
  12. Please insert the payment AUTHOR# to your answer for question 8.148. The AUTHOR# is provided on your receipt once you have processed payment
  13. A certification application is considered complete when all documents and payment confirmation AUTHOR# is included with the application form
  1. If your application is approved and all documents, including payment confirmation AUTHOR# submitted, the application will be assigned to an assessor who will schedule an appointment to review your application and verify your documents
  2. A final decision will be sent to you within 90 days of submission of the complete application.
