Award-winning, enterprise grade software development company Evolve-IT Consulting, a WEConnect International certified women-owned business, have announced their recent expansion news, which provides increased development capacity for their growing customer base.

Delivering high quality products and software solutions to businesses both in the UK and overseas, Evolve have enjoyed substantial growth in the demand for their services which enables businesses to connect their people, process and technology to deliver greater efficiency, growth and cost savings.

Software Development teams based in Armenia and India are now being utilised by Evolve in a move to bolster development capacity offered by the Leicestershire based company. The off-shore teams bring a wealth of experience in Microsoft technologies, as well as graduates from the Microsoft Innovation Centre in Armenia, which is well known for developing quality students. The off-shore Evolve team will work together with our on shore experts, to enable the business to continue to deliver the high quality products, services and support that their customers expect from them and give us the ability to ramp up quickly. The rational for setting up off shore was to mitigate the lack of qualified resources availability in the UK market.

Evolve’s MD, Leanne Bonner-Cooke (link is external) who has won awards for ‘Business Woman of the Year’ said:

“We are really excited to expand our development teams with off-shore sites in India and Armenia. Our highly skilled and dedicated product development teams have allowed us to scale rapidly and distribute the workload effectively between our three teams.”

“We have been working with India for nearly a year in product development and the results and standard of work have been outstanding. Our recent expansion into Armenia has already gleaned fantastic results too and we are looking forward to a bright future now as a global business.”

“Customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do at Evolve and with the standard of development being so high in both off-shore sites, this was a no-brainer for Evolve.”

Not short on good news this week, Evolve have also been shortlisted for the ‘Business Improvement through Technology’ award by the East Midlands Chamber. Evolve are hoping to add this award to their ever-expanding collecting of awards which range from Business Entrepreneur of the Year to Innovation Awards.

Evolve’s Head Office is based centrally in Leicestershire which allows them to easily work with customers around the country including Tarmac, EDF Energy, Seddon and Bridgestone.
