This capacity building workshop was organized by WEConnect International in India and sponsored by Intel India, was held in Gurgaon on August 10, 2016.
During the workshop, Ambika Sharma, CEO of WEConnect International certified women’s business enterprise Pulp Strategy, shared great insights on “SMEs and the effective use of Digital marketing.” The session began with a Key Note speech by Anubha Grover – India Supplier Diversity Program Owner Global Supply Management, Intel India – where she shared Intel’s Supplier Diversity vision 2020 and informed the participants about various initiatives taken by Intel India promote supplier diversity. Further, Srinivas Raghavan, Director Operations, IsecG India addressed the participants re-affirming Intel’s supplier diversity vision and its quest to be a leader in the business by partnering with diverse supplier.
The informative workshop focused on evaluating the right mix of digital marketing for business, tips on investing in marketing, SEO management, preparing a marketing plan, allocating separate budget for marketing and getting returns on investment. The session ended with a vote of thanks by Gowrishankar appreciated the workshop platform created for women entrepreneurs which not only helps them gaining technical skills but also provides an opportunity to connect with Intel procurement team to explore business opportunities.
