Because we recognize that in order to grow your business and win contracts from large buyers, you need to respond to emerging sustainability challenges that drive the business agenda today. We believe that embracing sustainability principles will enable women business owners like you to sell ethical, innovation-driven, and sustainable supply chain solutions to buyers, growing your businesses, reach and impact, promoting more sustainable business practices, and ultimately enhancing local ecosystem restoration.

Join us for a virtual or in-person event in your region to learn how YOU can play a key role in participating in the protection of the environment and the adoption of environmentally sustainable practices in your communities.


Eligibility criteria that your business must meet to qualify for the training program:

  1. The company must be at least 51% owned, operated, and managed by one or more women.
  2. The company must be either certified or self-registered with WEConnect International. (Self-registration is free).
  3. The company must operate in the formal sector and must be in operation for at least 3 years.
  4. The company should have a Business Identification or Tax Identification Number.
  5. The company should have a bank account with a financial institution.
  6. The woman attending the program must be an owner or have substantial decision-making authority in the company.
