Nikki is WEConnect International’s Director of Certification and Training. She brings over 15 years’ experience in adult learning and development and has earned a Master of Business Administration in technology management.
She has a proven track record of leading global learning programs and producing results-based outcomes. Nikki is also skilled at managing learning programs for enterprise-wide technology implementations with a focus on micro-learning for today’s busy adults.
In her most recent role, she led the training team and provided full life-cycle instructional design and global training strategy for cyber-security applications for customers worldwide.
