Natalie Stirling-Sanders, Chair Emeritus

Natalie has been an avid supporter of WEConnect International for more than seven years and is proud to serve as the chair of the Board.  In her day job, she is ExxonMobil’s Global Payables Manager.  As Chair of the Board, she gets to work with other leaders in companies and organizations who believe in WEConnect International’s mission and help them realize the vision that WEConnect International promises.

Natalie has been with ExxonMobil for more than twenty years, performing a variety of roles in procurement and sustainability and previously had lead responsibilities for supplier diversity.  In her roles at ExxonMobil, and prior work in Canada, from where she hails, she has had many opportunities to see the business case for supplier diversity in action.  She has a passion for economic empowerment and believes that when women move forward, the world moves forward with them.

Natalie resides in Houston, Texas with her husband and two children.
