Jithmi Mitchell

Jithmi runs WEConnect International’s Certification Fulfilment Center and WECommunity, the organization’s proprietary internal network platform, to certify businesses at least 51% owned, controlled, and managed by women.

Jithmi has spent her career working in the not-for-profit sector. She is highly experienced in revenue recognition, expense tracking, budget analysis and federal grants financials in both 501(C)3 and 501(C)4 not-for-profit sectors.

She has a wealth of knowledge in implementing internal controls, purchasing and procurement policies. Jithmi has managed day-to-day operations of different AP areas including PO and non-PO invoice processing, daily AR processing and payroll processing.

Jithmi holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in international business.
