Danielle Mahaffy

Project Manager Danielle Mahaffy ensures that project deliverables are on schedule, within budget and at the expected quality.

Danielle has over 10 years of experience implementing large and small-scale projects for non-profits and government clients. In her previous role, she managed a portfolio of projects delivering nationwide and international services for U.S. government agencies such as USAID, DSCA, DOD and FDA. She was responsible for planning project processes, recruiting and training staff, assigning and reviewing work, reporting on project data, ensuring the projects stayed within scope and budget and acting as liaison for stakeholders.

Danielle is passionate about expanding opportunities for women and promoting international collaboration. While completing her studies at American University, she supported training programs at the Women & Politics Institute for female students pursuing a career in politics and international delegations of women working to become industry leaders. Through her work at The German Marshall Fund and Christian Solidarity Worldwide, she facilitated conferences fostering cross-cultural understanding and cooperation for international dignitaries and staff.

As a native of Memphis, Tennessee, Danielle loves barbecue and music. She also enjoys traveling and reading and welcomes suggestions on new trips or books.
