ITALENT NAMED CISCO 2016 DIVERSITY AWARD WINNER

, a WEConnect International certified women-owned business based in the USA and global digital transformation services and cloud integration company, has been recognized by Cisco’s Global Procurement Services (GPS) as the winner of the 2016 Cisco Diversity award – one of four prestigious Supplier awards presented at the Annual Supplier Day. iTalent achieved the highest overall diverse supplier assessment score from the top 50 Cisco diverse suppliers.

In addition to the outstanding achievement in customer service, Cisco’s GPS team noted four other areas that make iTalent stand out from other service providers when it comes to helping Cisco continue as the worldwide leader in Information Technology:

  • Performance: Among the top 50 diverse suppliers, iTalent was evaluated as having the best combination of value pricing (3rd), supplier diversity CSAT (4th), and significant spend (5th).
  • Expertise: iTalent is acknowledged for skills in Change Management, Software Development, and Business Analysis. They operate a Social Knowledge management platform and support diverse Merger and Acquisition integration scope.
  • Embracing Diversity: In addition to being a woman owned enterprise, iTalent’s workforce consists of 54% women & 51% minorities.
  • Inspiring female leaders: iTalent launched the GLAM (Girl’s Leadership Academy Meetup) in 2016 – an effort to create more female leaders in business through education, inspiration, and mentorship; iTalent was also a sponsor of KITTS, the first all women technical school in Hyderabad, India.
