Disneyland Paris and WEConnect International Celebrate the Impact of Women-Owned Business Capacity Building Program in France

WEConnect International is proud to share the results of its Women-Owned Business Capacity Building & Mentorship Program in France, delivered in collaboration with Disneyland Paris.

Over the course of the initiative, 40 women-owned businesses completed an immersive training program focused on procurement readiness, business growth, and corporate engagement, while 23 entrepreneurs received one-on-one mentorship from Disneyland Paris leaders.

The program also exceeded its certification goal, with 26 businesses earning WEConnect International Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) Certification. Participants reported increased confidence, stronger business development skills, and greater readiness to pursue opportunities with global buyers, demonstrating the power of strategic partnerships to strengthen supply chains and expand economic opportunities for women-owned businesses.
