Olya Faulkner

Olya is responsible for the global strategic marketing and communications to support the WEConnect International team’s mission of creating a more connected, sustainable, inclusive, and fair future for communities worldwide. As an experienced global marketing professional, Olya is a nimble change agent, connector, and entrepreneurial leader who drives growth and value creation. She has worn all the marketing hats across SaaS, B2B, and B2C businesses and has worked across diverse sectors like architectural, engineering, construction, government contracting, nonprofit, consumer tech, hospitality, and retail. Olya also founded the NextGen Business Intelligence Agency to support communities by creating sustainable business solutions.  She served on several Boards of Directors and Councils and advocated for various not-for-profit organizations.

Olya holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Analysis, Administration, and Marketing from Far Eastern State Transportation University.  Her 15 years of global experience include living and working in European, Asian, and North American countries, and she is able to work in multiple languages. Olya enjoys spending time with her family and friends, connecting with nature and people, reading, and feeling the beauty of life as humankind.
