Melanie Oliver

Melanie is WEConnect International’s Certification Support Specialist for the WECommunity and certification process. She works from her home office in the UK and supports our global teams.

Melanie brings 10 years of experience working front line and behind the scenes in an IT customer service environment with roles ranging from Customer Service Support to Operations Management. Working in a fast-paced and mission-critical environment supporting systems’ uptime gave her a deep appreciation of client business drivers. Melanie is a strong believer that customer service is much more than just meeting and exceeding the expectations of your customers.

With this philosophy, Melanie is a real asset on the team in supporting women business owners and members in the network. She is currently pursuing her PMP certification and has a bachelor of science in business management, majoring in computer applications.
