I am inspired daily by the women-owned businesses I work with. We don’t just support women-owned businesses in Europe, but as a global team we support businesses across the world who do business in Europe. The global reach of WEConnect International is truly mind blowing and connecting women-owned businesses into the corporate value chain is what we do and enjoy

As Outreach and Events Manager for Europe, Emma’s role at WEConnect International is to work closely with our women-owned businesses across Europe to provide them with ongoing support to help them achieve certification. Emma looks to strengthen the Women’s Business Enterprises, ensuring they capitalise on new introductions and maximise the opportunities provided through WEConnect International. Emma immensely enjoys hearing each women-owned business story and supporting each on her growth journey. She speaks German and is passionate about learning  and working in different business cultures.  

Emma has an extensive background in marketing, corporate communications and event management and has mainly worked in the technology and engineering sectors. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in European Business with a German minor and has studied in Germany, later working there and in Switzerland. Closer to home, she supports her local girls grammar school by securing work placements for many of the girls within engineering and technology companies.
