At WEConnect International, Abdul Mansoor leads and supports the development of vendor contracts, budgeting and IT Vendor Management.
Abdul joins the team with over a decade of experience and success in financial management, government accounting, budgeting, contractual compliance and audit support. He has worked for international development organizations, including USAID, non-profit organizations, and US missions abroad to support women’s empowerment and rights, countering narcotics, democracy, media, and Journalism programs through research, strategic communication, and public information campaigns.
He holds a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management and Cost Accounting from Kardan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Accounting from Maryam University.
