Karen Tracey(July 24, 2017) WEConnect International recently held its first ever photo contest for women-owned businesses. We received nearly 100 entries from 11 countries and named 5 finalists who are now in the running for a grand prize. Though Dunelm Business Consultants' entry was not chosen for the final round, we wanted to share their photo - "When you realise someone is about to steal your spot on the lectern" - and a little more about the company. In their own words:

Dunelm Business Consultants Ltd was founded by Karen Tracey after a successful 20 year Corporate career in the Learning and Development arena, leading to senior project and change management experience demanding the positive engagement or training of people.  It is the result of Karen’s unique vision of business coaching and leadership development. Karen says "Understanding the culture and wheels within is of the utmost importance so it’s not about coming in with preconceived ideas – it’s about listening to you, engaging with you and your team and ultimately giving you what you need for on-going success."
