WEConnect International works with our members and supporting organizations to facilitate sustainable economic growth by increasing opportunities for women-owned businesses to succeed in the global value chain.

We envision a world where global value chains benefit from the full participation of women-owned businesses; where corporations, entrepreneurs, governments and NGOs collaborate to ensure inclusive and sustainable economic development.
Objectives
We help members diversify their supplier base to reflect their market, increase shareholder value, and enhance competitive advantage. Certification of women owned businesses is key to increasing local and global procurement opportunities for women. When women start and grow businesses they create jobs, contribute to the economy and improve communities.
Services
We offer thought leadership, promote global standards, help partners develop business excellence, and facilitate business linkages.
Governance
WEConnect International was incorporated in 2009 as an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit membership organization. WEConnect International was incubated by Quantum Leaps and is now lead by a Board of Directors elected by and from the membership.
